Create SOS action (for devices with SOS button)

  1. Select "Further actions" in the administration area
  2. Click on "Create action"
  3. Select the SOS button type and enter a name and any text under Description
  4. Click on "next"
  5. Select the device or devices for which the SOS action is to be activated
  6. Click on "next"
  7. Activate "Send email" and or "Send SMS"
  8. Create the email that is to be sent after the SOS button has been pressed
  9. Create the SMS that is to be sent after the SOS button has been pressed
  10. Click on "next"
  11. Read the special terms and conditions and confirm them by ticking the box
  12. Click on "Save"
